I think one of the greatest achievements of the three masterplans for ICT in education definitely has to be the fact that most of the students are generally very IT savvy and well-equipped with IT gadgets. Even if the students do not have the means to have a computer at home, they are able to loan computers in schools or use the computers in the computer labs in schools. 

The school is able to harness the connectivity and the relevance of the social networking site, facebook, with the students and their learning process. Thus, this allows the students to communicate and share their thoughts and opinions readily in a less threatening environment and become engaged in collaborative learning.
